The University of Toronto Campus Safety Special Constable Service is a division of Facilities and Services under the portfolio of the Vice-President Operations and Real Estate Partnerships. The activities of the Service are established both in policy and in practice. Much of our activity is defined by the Special Constable agreement between the University's Governing Council and the Toronto Police Services Board.
